Biographical
Bob is a certified mediator for the Mississippi State Bar and a certified panel commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
Bob is a former President of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers and an active member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the Transportation Lawyers Association (T.L.A.), a Mid South Super Lawyer in the areas of Personal Injury Defense and Civil Litigation, selected to Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation - Defendants. His trial experience has focused on representation of Corporate, Commercial Business and Insurance clients. Specialized areas of his practice include transportation law, the defense of common carrier and independent trucking companies in the defense of catastrophic personal injury claims, premises liability, products liability, business torts and insurance coverage litigation.
