Biographical

Jim Wyly, a partner in Phelps Dunbar, has been a certified mediator and arbitrator for 18 years. His 38 year litigation experience has enabled him to appreciate the perspectives of the trial attorneys participating in ADR.

Mr. Wyly has served as a mediator for serious personal injury and property damage cases, presiding over hundreds of mediations. He also has served as an arbitrator in numerous commercial and personal injury claims. His ADR experience ranges from garden variety tort cases to construction litigation to insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Wyly is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and recognized by Chambers, Mid-South and Super Lawyers.
